Dear
Goffstown, New Boston & Weare Taxpayers. Please
read these letters from my Attorney and some NH State Representatives. All Hillsborough
County Delegates know of these recordings but not all are denouncing them.
My
name is Gerard Beloin. In 2002 I dialed 911 on school board corruption in
Goffstown, NH. It involved the theft of millions in education funding money
from the Goffstown High School construction project by politically
well-connected school board members. The Chairman of the School
Board Dr. Craig Hieber took my side. He soon dropped
dead of unexplained causes. His wife describes a torturous death of acute respiratory
distress consistent with
poisoning with gas. A Òpersonal messengerÓ to the new Goffstown School
Board Chairman, Prosecutor Kerry Steckowych, let me know in no uncertain terms
that they got rid of Dr. Hieber. He even describes how
they gassed him. He said that I would be next if I did
not stop exercising my freedom of speech. They wanted silence from me and were
willing to kill for it. As bizarre and disturbing as this may sound, it has
happened before in Georgia. This Affidavit
from Dr. James Murtagh of Atlanta, GA is strikingly similar to what Mr. Janigan is claiming to
have happened in NH. Dr. MurtaghÕs actions have spurred investigations that
have resulted in 142 indictments and 127 convictions. Lawsuits demanding more
actions have been filed by GA State Senators.
At least two of Òthese guysÓ that Mr. Janigan is referring to are prominent
members of my Parish, the St. Lawrence Parish. Prosecutor Steckowych is named.
Two others are listed as parishioners. These criminals are masquerading as law
enforcement officers and Goffstown Officials. They are hiding in plain site.
They are using the St. Lawrence Parish as a front. The
Bishop of the Diocese of Manchester has these recordings. He is actively
looking the other way.
The
Chairman of the Goffstown
Residents Association Guy Caron is looking hard the other way while members
of organized crime are masquerading as Goffstown Officials and threatening
to dismember and dispose of the real taxpayer watchdogs. If any of you Goffstown and New
Boston residents wonder where your education funding money is going, just
research these links and start asking and demanding questions of your elected
officials. Their answers may surprise you.
When I brought copies of these recordings to Goffstown police Chief Michael
French, the Goffstown PD came after me. After spending hundreds of thousands of
dollars over 3 years investigating and prosecuting me, I am undefeated in the
courts. The case has even been dismissed
with prejudice. That means
that it can never be reinstated. They still refuse to give up and a corrupt
judge is helping them along. This is criminal harassment by the Goffstown PD
and the courts in order to protect one of their own. We all need to ask why??
We are slowly making progress. Some
NH State Representatives are writing letters on my behalf to the NH Attorney
Generals Office. I have been there before and when you read pages 23 thu 30
of my ÒdisturbingÓ 8th Motion to Dismiss you will understand that
these types of crimes have occurred before with some of the very same players
involved at the NH Attorney Generals Office. In the 1990Õs the words ÒlyingÓ,
ÒpuzzlingÓ, ÒmysteriousÓ, ÒunbelievableÓ, ÒfailureÓ, ÒdisturbingÓ,
ÒsuspiciousÓ, ÒimplausibleÓ, ÒfrustratingÓ and Òpolitical corruptionÓ were used in conjunction with G. Michael
BahanÕs name to describe his investigation of Judge John Fairbanks. These
quotes are from Executive Council Members, Governors, NH State Senators, and NH
State Representatives. I happen to concur and IÕm in good company. Now, are all
of these well-respected individuals going to be called crazy liars too?
The questions that the citizens of Goffstown, New Boston & Weare need to be
asking is, why is the Goffstown Snooze and the Manchester Union Leader doing
nothing about this? Why is the New Boston Bulletin mute? They have all of this
information. I sent it to them by certified mail.
If everyone does nothing, then the next time Òthese
guysÓ will
come and take away your freedom of speech, your happiness, your liberty and
your life just for doing the right thing, just for exercising
your freedom of speech and asking where the tax dollars went. Does the NH and
US Constitution still apply in NH??
